It's the Most Wonderful Time...

I can hardly believe that it's nearly the holiday season. We've already been bombarded with Christmas commercials, and I swear the number of toy commercials on Nick Jr. has increased exponentially- all geared right to my 4.5 year old. Doesn't matter what it is, he wants it- Barbie's new Cruise ship, my little pony, Easy Bake oven, legos, Aqua Dots (a serious choking hazard if ever there was one)...whatever. Driving me crazy! But, it's also that time of year for holiday cards and save the dates for next year's late summer/fall wedding. We've got some great holiday card designs over at our stationery shop, Jitterbug Stationery, and a lot of great save the dates and invitation designs at our main website, Lasso'd Moon Designs. If you are considering sending save the dates, I would advise to wait until after the holidays, so that your save the dates don't get lost in the holiday card shuffle. For July weddings and beyond, sending your save the dates in January is perfect timing. If your wedding is before July, save the dates may not be necessary unless you are having a destination wedding or need to get accommodation information out ahead of the invitations.
